What the Professional Check Includes
A check by an experienced legal professional is included in the price of every document. Your document will not be issued until that check has been completed.
The check will
- review the information you have provided;
- check for apparent inconsistencies or missing answers;
- confirm whether the document produced reflects those answers;
- identify matters that may require clarification;
- contact you where further information is needed; and
- clear the document before it is issued to you.
The check is based on the information you provide. It is therefore important that your answers are complete and accurate.
What the check does not include
The check is a check of your document. It is not bespoke legal advice, it is not an assessment of whether your arrangements are the best ones for you, and it does not create a solicitor/client relationship.
If your answers suggest that your circumstances may require tailored legal advice, we will contact you and recommend that you obtain it, rather than allow you to continue with a document that may not be suitable.
